Requirements:

Responsibilities:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and prospects

• Negotiating contracts and closing deals
• Maintaining accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using our CRM system
• Attending ongoing trainings and sales meetings
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets

Training Pay:

To help new team members bridge the gap between learning solar basics and mastering sales, we offer up to $1,500 in training pay for your first 4 deals. Team members who set 5 closed deals in their first 60 days will be rewarded with an all-inclusive cruise at the end of the quarter.
